Today the Gallery presented the Royal Flying Doctor Service with a cheque for $1,750.
This donation represents 25% of the proceeds raised during the Gallery’s late 2013 ‘Seeking Madame Picasso’ exhibit, in which local Roma women translated their vision for “happiness” onto a canvas. Sally Ferrier presented the cheque on behalf of the Gallery to Roma-based Matthew Joppich, PHC Line Pilot, Team Leader, RFDS Queensland section.
